She holds qualifications in; holistic massage, sports massage, aromatherapy, Thai yoga massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, maternity reflexology, baby reflexology, pregnancy massage, Hawaiian lomi lomi, energy healing, sound therapy. Alongside training and teaching vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, and meditation for a number of years. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients across diverse settings such as cruise ships, health centres, yoga retreats, corporate environments.

Holding memberships with the Irish Massage Therapist Association and the Irish Reflexology Institute, her services are eligible for rebates with Laya, Vhi & Irish Life health insurance.
