Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi uses forearms and hands in long, rhythmic, flowing motions often moving from one side of your body to another in a wave like pattern. Lomi Lomi is a nurturing bodywork which helps to lull your body and mind into a restorative state where tension and stress can be alleviated and old energy can be cleared to create a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Reflexology is based on the principle that all organs, glands, muscles and systems of the body are represented by points/reflexes on your feet.
Reflexology Session
The use of specific techniques to these reflex points can bring the related areas back into balance and help the systems of your body to function optimally. Reflexology can tackle the underlaying cause of strain or stress thus helping to maintain good health and wellbeing in the long term. Longer sessions include deep releases for the muscles and fascia of the feet and toes, helping to free up the joints and allow a free flow of circulation to enhance the benefits of reflex point work.
